Section NR 665.0400 - Applicability

This subchapter applies to owners and operators of facilities which treat hazardous wastes by chemical, physical or biological methods in other than tanks and surface impoundments, except as s. NR 665.0001 provides otherwise. Chemical, physical and biological treatment of hazardous waste in tanks and surface impoundments shall be conducted according to subchs. J and K, respectively.
