Subchapter E - Manifest System, Recordkeeping and Reporting
Section NR 664.0070 - Applicability

This subchapter applies to owners and operators of both on-site and off-site facilities, except as s. NR 664.0001 provides otherwise. Sections NR 664.0071, 664.0072 and do not 664.0076 apply to owners and operators of on-site facilities that do not receive any hazardous waste from off-site sources, and to owners and operators of off-site facilities with respect to waste military munitions exempted from manifest requirements under s. NR 666.203(1). Section NR 664.0073(2) only applies to licensees who treat, store or dispose of hazardous wastes on-site where the wastes were generated.
