Section NR 661.0173 - Management of containers

Current through August 26, 2024

(1) A container holding hazardous secondary material shall always be closed during storage, except when it is necessary to add or remove the hazardous secondary material.

(2) A container holding hazardous secondary material may not be opened, handled, or stored in a manner that may rupture the container or cause it to leak.
