Section NR 507.24 - Air monitoring

If the facility has the potential to cause air pollution as defined in s. 285.01(3), Stats., the department may require the owner or operator to monitor air quality for particulates, toxics or other constituents in the ambient air from point sources or in buildings at or associated with the facility. The department shall specify sampling times and locations and all sampling shall be implemented in accordance with plans approved by the department.
