Section NR 487.14 - Enforcement procedures and penalties
Covered fleet operators shall be subject to department enforcement procedures and penalties in accordance with ss. 285.83 and 285.87, Stats., and ch. NR 494 if they fail to comply with the requirements of this chapter.
