Section NR 485.055 - Particulate emission limit for gasoline and diesel internal combustion engines

No person may cause, allow or permit the emissions of particulate matter to the ambient air from stationary or semistationary gasoline or diesel powered internal combustion reciprocating engines in excess of 0.50 pound of particulate per million Btu heat input.
