(1) Exemption or the granting of an exemption from any requirement of this chapter does not relieve any person from compliance with other requirements under this chapter or with requirements under chs. NR 400 to 439 or 445 to 499 or ch. 285 or s. 299.15, Stats.
(2) In cases where an emission limitation or other requirement set in chs. NR 400 to 439 or 445 to 499, a permit, plan approval or special order also applies to a source or facility affected by this chapter, the more restrictive limitation shall be met.
