Local land use or building permits may also be required. Applicants are responsible for obtaining all necessary local permits or approvals for their activity.
Federal permits may also be required. Applications for general permits are joint applications for both state and federal permits. The applicant shall mail a duplicate copy of the completed general permit application form to the St. Paul district, U.S. army corps of engineers to seek federal authorization. Applicants are responsible for obtaining all necessary federal permits or approvals for their activity.
