Section NR 230.452 - Effluent limitations representing the degree of effluent reduction attainable by the application of the best practicable control technology currently available

(1) Except as provided in 40 CFR 125.30 to 125.32, any existing point source subject to this subchapter which uses the Trona process may not discharge process wastewater pollutants to waters of the state, but residual brine and depleted liquor may be returned to the water body from which the process brine solution was originally withdrawn.

(2) Except as provided in 40 CFR 125.30 to 125.32, any existing point source subject to this subchapter which uses spodumene ore shall achieve the following effluent limitations representing the degree of effluent reduction attainable by application of BPT:
