Section NR 254.017 - Effluent limitations representing the degree of effluent reduction attainable by the application of the best conventional pollutant control technology

(1) Except as provided in 40 CFR 125.30 to 125.32, any existing source subject to this subchapter shall achieve the effluent limitations in sub. (2), (3), or (4) representing the degree of effluent reduction attainable by the application of BCT.
