The data in table 1 taken from the development document incorporated by reference in subch. IV of ch. NR 220, are generally accepted published values for the protein, fat, and carbohydrate content and BOD equivalent of common dairy products process materials and may be used to determine the BOD input of such materials in facilities subject to the provisions of this chapter.
