Section NR 237.09 - Effluent limitations representing the degree of effluent reduction attainable by the application of the best available technology economically achievable

(1) Except as provided in 40 CFR 125.30 to 125.32 and sub. (2), any existing source subject to this chapter which uses or generates cyanide shall achieve the following effluent limitations representing the degree of effluent reduction attainable by the application of BAT:

(2) This section does not apply to discharges resulting from pharmaceutical research at facilities which do not manufacture pharmaceuticals.
