Section NR 235.11 - Effluent limitations representing the degree of effluent reduction attainable by the application of the best practicable control technology currently available (BPT)

Except as provided in 40 CFR 125.30 to 125.32, and in s. NR 235.02(9) for point sources with production in 2 or more subcategories, any existing point source subject to this subchapter shall achieve the following limitations:

(1) Limitations shall be calculated by multiplying the following concentrations by the manufacturing process wastewater flow:

Rayon Fiber by the Viscose Process

(2) The pH shall be within the range of 6.0 to 9.0 at all times.
