Except as provided in 40 CFR 125.30 to 125.32, and in s. NR 235.02(9) for point sources with production in 2 or more subcategories, any existing point source subject to this subchapter shall achieve the following limitations:

(1) Limitations shall be calculated by multiplying the following concentrations by the manufacturing process wastewater flow:

Rayon Fiber by the Viscose Process

(2) The pH shall be within the range of 6.0 to 9.0 at all times.
