Section NR 231.03 - Definitions

The following definitions are applicable to terms used in this chapter. Definitions of other terms and meanings of abbreviations are set forth in ch. NR 205.
(1) "Product" means, for subcategory (1), dynamite, nitroglycerin, cyclo-trimethylene trinitramine (RDX), cyclotetramethylene tetra- nitramine (HMX), and trinitrotoluene (TNT).
(2) "Product" means, for subcategory (2), the production of:
(a) Facilities which blend explosives and
market a final product; and
(b)
Facilities that fill shells and blasting caps.
