The enabling statutory language for implementing Brownfields Green Space Grants, s. 292.79, Stats., was repealed in 2011. The department of natural resources intends to initiate a future rulemaking to repeal this chapter.
Chapter NR 173 was created as an emergency rule effective August 29, 2002.
