Section NR 30.04 - Burning regulations, intensive fire control area

(1) Within the boundaries of the areas under intensive forest fire protection established under s. NR 30.01, it shall be unlawful for any person to set any fire unless they have first obtained a permit from a duly appointed and designated forest ranger, fire warden or other person designated by the department except:
