(1) HARVEST AUTHORIZATIONS. A harvest authorization shall be issued with each hunting license except when an archer license is issued to a person who has already been issued a crossbow license or when a crossbow license is issued to a person who has already been issued an archer license.
(2) POSSESSION. No person may possess a deer carcass in violation of the requirements for registration established under s. NR 10.086.
