Chapter N 3 - Examining Councils
Section N 3.02 - Appointment

(1) The board shall send to nursing related organizations, schools, and others a call for nominations for open council appointments prior to the expiration of a term.
(2) Nominations for council appointments shall be filed with the department. Consent of the person nominated shall be included. Self-nominations are allowed.
(3) The board shall appoint nominees from submitted nominations.
