Section Ins 3.18 - Total consideration for accident and sickness insurance policies

The total consideration charged for accident and sickness insurance policies must include policy and other fees. Such total consideration charged must be stated in the policy, and shall be subject to the reserve requirements of ch. 623, Stats., and s. Ins 3.17, and must be the basis for computing the amount to be refunded in the event of cancellation of the policy.
