Section Ins 18.04 - Right of the commissioner to request OCI complaints be handled as grievances

The commissioner may require an insurer offering a health benefit plan to treat and process an OCI complaint as a grievance as appropriate, if the commissioner provides a written description of the complaint to the insurer. The insurer shall process the OCI complaint as a grievance in compliance with s. Ins 18.03.
