If an institution certifies that an eligible student is enrolled in approved accelerated study, which may include a summer session or 4th quarter, that will permit the student to complete a degree program in less than the normal period of full-time study for such degree, the student will be eligible for a prorated tuition grant for each academic term of accelerated study.
