The purpose of this chapter is to define the various aspects of the Wisconsin Covenant Scholars program authorized by s. 39.437, Stats., as to the awarding of grants to Wisconsin Covenant Scholars, and to implement s. 16.257, Stats.
Sectio n 16.257, Stats., was repealed by 2011 Wis. Act 32.
