Section HAS 6.09 - Definitions

In this subchapter and in ch. 459, Stats.:
(1) "Hardship" means serious illness or some other personal adversity, as determined by the board.
(1m) "Sufficient cause" means illness or other hardship.
(2) "Supervision" means any of the following:
(a) A face-to-face
meeting, at least monthly, between the supervisor and the temporary licensee
and other on-going communications by mail, telephone, pager, e-mail or other
electronic means.
(b) On-site,
in-view observation and guidance by the supervisor while an assigned activity
is performed by the temporary licensee.
