(1m) REQUIRED EXAMINATIONS.
(a) The required fundamentals examination is
an NCEES Fundamentals of Engineering examination.
(b) The required principles and practice of
engineering examination is an NCEES Principles and Practice of Engineering
examination, or, in the alternative, the applicant may take the NCEES
Structural Engineering examination in its entirety.
(6) GRADING OF WRITTEN EXAMINATIONS. The passing scores set by the professional engineer section represent the minimum competency required to protect public health and safety. Experience ratings may not be weighed as a part of the examinations.
