Chapter ERB 30 was renumbered chapter ERC 30 under s. 13.93(2m) (b) 1, Stats., Register, December, 1994. Chapter ERC 30 as it existed on June 30, 2006, was repealed and a new chapter ERC 30 was created, Register June 2006 No. 606, effective July 1, 2006.
