Section ERC 10.09 - Computation of time

In computing any period of time prescribed by or allowed by chs. ERC 10 to 19, 30 to 32, 40, or 50 or by order of the commission or individual conducting the proceeding, the day of the act, event, or default after which the designated period of time begins to run, shall not be included. The last day of the period so computed is to be included, unless it is a Saturday, Sunday, or a legal holiday, in which event the period shall run until the end of the next day which is neither a Saturday, Sunday, nor a legal holiday.
