Chapter DWD 131 - Pre-Employment Drug Testing, Substance Abuse Treatment Program And Job Skills Assessment

Pursuant to s. 227.20(1), Stats., emergency rules are not published in the Administrative Code. In the event that Chapter DWD 131 is promulgated as a permanent rule, the text of Chapter DWD 131 as contained in the the permanent rule will be inserted in the Administrative Code on the effective date of the permanent rule.
