Section DOC 376.18 - Report of contraband seized

Each month the superintendent of each institution shall submit to the administrator a report of all contraband seized, the place and time it was seized, and the identity of the person possessing the contraband. If the contraband was not found in the possession of a person, the report shall state that fact.
