Chapter DHS 97 - Complaint Procedures For Inmates Of The Wisconsin Resource Center

Chapter HFS 97 as it existed on March 31, 2001 was repealed and a new chapter HFS 97 was created, Register, April, 2001, No. 544, effective May 1, 2001. Chapter HSS 97 was renumbered chapter HFS 97 under s. 13.93(2m) (b) 1 and corrections made under s. 13.93(2m) (b) 6 and 7., Stats., Register, May, 1999, No. 521. Chapter HFS 97 was renumbered chapter DHS 97 under s. 13.92(4) (b) 1, Stats., and corrections made under s. 13.92(4) (b) 7, Stats., Register November 2008 No. 635. Chapter DHS 97 as it existed on May 31, 2009, was repealed and a new chapter DHS 97 was created effective June 1, 2009.
