Chapter DCF 105 was created by emergency rule. See EmR1523 for the rule text and effective dates. Pursuant to s. 227.20(1), Stats., emergency rules are not published in the Administrative Code. In the event that Chapter DCF 105 is promulgated as a permanent rule, the text of Chapter DCF 105 as contained in the the permanent rule will be inserted in the Administrative Code on the effective date of the permanent rule.
