Chapter DCF 40 - Review Of A Determination Of Child Abuse Or Neglect

Chapter DCF 40 was created by emergency rule. See EmR1427 for the rule text and effective dates. Pursuant to s. 227.20(1), Stats., emergency rules are not published in the Administrative Code. In the event that Chapter DCF 40 is promulgated as a permanent rule, the text of Chapter DCF 40, as contained in the permanent rule, will be inserted in the Administrative Code on the effective date of the permanent rule. .
