Section CSB 2.04 - Addition of amobarbital, pentobarbital, and secobarbital to schedule II; retention of certain forms of amobarbital, pentobarbital and secobarbital in schedule III

(1) Subsection (7) of s. 161.16, Stats., schedule II is hereby created to read as follows:
(7) Unless excepted under federal regulations
or listed in another schedule, any material, compound, mixture, or preparation
which contains any quantity of the following substances:
(a) Amobarbital
(b) Pentobarbital
(c) Secobarbital
(2) Paragraphs (m) and (n) of sub. (3), s. 161.18, Stats., schedule III, are hereby created to read as follows:
(m) Unless excepted under federal
regulations, any compound, mixture, or preparation containing amobarbital,
secobarbital, pentobarbital or any salt thereof and one or more other active
medicinal ingredients which are not listed in any schedule.
(n) Unless excepted under federal
regulations, any suppository dosage form containing amobarbital, secobarbital,
pentobarbital, or any salt of any of these drugs and approved by the federal
food and drug administration for marketing only as a
suppository.
