Section CSB 2.03 - Addition of fenfluramine to schedule IV

The substance known as fenfluramine is hereby added to s. 161.20, Stats., schedule IV in sub. (2m) (a), which subsection is hereby created to read:

(2m) Any material, compound, mixture, or preparation which contains any quantity of the following substances having a potential for abuse associated with a stimulant effect on the central nervous system:

(a) Fenfluramine:
