Section 5-402.13 - Conveying Sewage
SEWAGE shall be conveyed to the point of disposal through an APPROVED plumbing system which may be a public sewer, a private onsite wastewater treatment system or other approved system in accordance with chs. SPS 382 to 384, as administered by the Wisconsin department of safety and professional services. Servicing of sewage system components shall be in accordance with ch. NR 113, as administered by the Wisconsin department of natural resources. P
