Section 16.115, Stats., requires the department of administration to establish a schedule of fees to be paid by nuclear power plant operators.
s. 16.115(2), Stats., directs the department to establish a second schedule of annual fees which shall begin with the operation of a regional low-level radioactive disposal facility.
