22.1. Foster or Adoptive Parents' Role in Adoption Planning. An agency shall include the foster or adoptive parents in the child's adoption planning team by:
22.1.1. Explaining the foster or adoptive
parents' role in the adoption process;
22.1.2. Informing them of all plans for the
child, including the child's placement planning; and
22.1.3. Providing support to them after the
child has been placed in an adoptive home.
