1.1. Scope. --This
rule establishes minimum standards and procedures for the licensure of child
placing agencies under the provisions of W. Va. Code, Chapter 49, Article 2
(Part I), and related federal and state codes. The W. Va. Code is available in
public libraries and on the Legislature's web page,
1.2. Authority. - W. Va. Code § 49-2-121.
1.3. Filing Date. - May 11, 2021.
1.4. Effective Date. - .j.uly 1, 2021.
1.5. Sunset Provision. This rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect on August 1, 2026.
