1.1. Scope. - In order to help protect the health and safety of children, this rule provides for a survey of facilities to help determine if they are subject to licensure as residential child care facilities, behavioral health centers, or both.
1.2. Authority. - W. Va. Code §§ 49-2B-4, 27-9-1, 27-17-3, 27-1A-6(6) and 16-1-4 in conjunction with 16-1-1 and 16-1-3(b).
1.3. Filing Date. -
1.4. Effective Date. - Upon approval by the Secretary of State.
