Section 182-2-2 - Notice of Meetings

2.1. The Board shall file a public notice of any regularly scheduled or special meeting with the Secretary of State for publication in the State Register. This public notice shall state the time, place, and purpose of the Board meeting and shall be filed in such a manner as to allow the notice to appear in the State Register at least five (5) days prior to the date of the meeting.
