Title 171 - PROCEDURAL RULE WEST VIRGINIA AERONAUTICS COMMISSION

Section 171-2-2 - General Offices And Meetings

2.1. The general offices of the West Virginia State Aeronautics Commission at Kanawha Airport, shall be kept open in charge of the Director, or some other competent person designated by the Director, each week day except legal holidays, from nine a.m. until five p.m., except that the office hours for Saturdays shall be from nine a.m. to twelve noon.

2.2. The Commission shall hold in its said offices four (4) regular meetings annually, on the second Monday in January, April, July and October, and may hold special meetings and conduct hearings at such other times and at such other places as may be set by the Commission.
