Section 151-3-7 - Submission of Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law; Time for Submission

7.1. Any party, including the agency and employer, may submit to the director proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law within fourteen (14) days of the conclusion of a hearing or, in the event the proceedings of a hearing are transcribed, within fourteen (14) days from the date the final transcript is available.
