Series 151-01 - Legislative (Exempt) Rules Pertaining To The General Administration Of The West Virginia Insurance Plan
Section 151-1-2 - Governance of the Plan

2.1 The insurance plans offered by the West Virginia Public Employees Insurance Agency shall be governed by:

2.1.a. The "West Virginia Public Employees Insurance Agency Plan Document dated July 1, 2024, which is herein incorporated by reference, and which is attached to this rule as Attachment A; and

2.1.b. The "State of West Virginia Public Employees Insurance Agency (PEIA) 2024 Summary Plan Description which is herein incorporated by reference, and which is attached to this rule as Attachment B.

2.1.c The "State of West Virginia Public Employees Insurance Agency (PEIA) 2024 Summary Plan Description Plan C which is herein incorporated by reference, and which is attached to this rule as Attachment C.

2.2 In the event of any direct conflict between the provisions of Attachment A, and Attachment B or Attachment C to this rule, the provisions of Attachment A shall prevail. Otherwise, the provisions of Attachments A, B and C shall be construed together.
