12.1. A West Virginia Intelligence Exchange (WVIX) Report shall be developed for use and is to be completed by the law enforcement officer responding to any call covered by this rule.
12.2. Data collection.
12.2.a. All WVIX reports on
either party should be kept together or cross-referenced so that repeat
stalking incidents can be documented.
12.2.b. The report, or another document (such
as an index card) or computer entry generated from the report, shall become a
stalking tracking report.
12.2.c.
To the extent possible, the stalking tracking report shall be accessible to
dispatchers and the law enforcement officer.
