5.1. The chief executive officer of an law-enforcement agency shall, prior to January 1, 2007, provide to each law-enforcement officer of his or her agency appropriate training on the proper completion of the Motor Vehicle Stop Form. All training shall be based on the instructions developed by the Division of Motor Vehicles pursuant to subsection 3 of this rule. Additional and or ongoing training may be required by the law-enforcement agency if improper reporting is identified.
