1.1. Scope. -- This policy establishes regulations for developing and distributing the Student Handbook - Student Rights and Responsibilities.

1.2. Authority. -- West Virginia Constitution, Article XII, '2, W. Va. Code ''18-2-5, 18-5-1, and 18-5-13.

1.3. Filing Date B November 23, 1998.

1.4. Effective Date B December 23, 1998.
