Section 126-85-107 - Review of Schools

107.1. When a review of a school is performed, the following information is to be reviewed:

107.1.1. Approved and denied free and reduced price applications are maintained on file.

107.1.2. Whether denied free and reduced price applications are disproportionally composed of minority applications.

107.1.3. Whether there is a need for bilingual material or staff and how, if it exists, it can be addressed.

107.1.4. Procedures that are used to determine and process civil rights complaints.

107.1.5. Whether admission procedures restrict enrollment by minority persons.

107.1.6. USDA or a FNS approved poster is displayed.

107.1.7. Free and reduced price applications and letters provided to parents or guardians of participants and potential participants contain the nondiscrimination statement.
