Section 126-57-2 - Individual Eligibility

2.1.To be eligible for enrollment in an adult education program, an individual:
2.1.a. must have attained 16 years of
age;
2.1.b. must not be enrolled in
a secondary school;
2.1.c. must be
basic skills deficient;
2.1.d. must
not have a secondary school diploma or its recognized equivalent or have
achieved an equivalent level of education; or
2.1.e. must be an English language
learner.
