Section 126-31-3 - Procedure

3.1. The parent or guardian of the student must make application for credit upon a blank furnished by the school agreeing to the foregoing conditions. The private teacher shall then assign the student, with the approval of the high school teacher of music, to the grade of music instruction in which he belongs.

3.2. The private teacher must report to the principal of the school on blanks provided by the school the work of the student during the preceding grading period.
