1.1. Scope. -- This rule applies to Member Insurers and their agents that provide insurance coverage for direct, nongroup life, health, annuity and supplemental policies or contracts, for certificates under direct group policies and contracts, for unallocated annuity contracts and for structured settlement annuities to those persons specified in W. Va. Code § 33-26A-3(a).
1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code §§ 33-26A-19 and 33-2-10.
1.3. Filing Date. -- April 14, 2010.
1.4. Effective Date. -- April 14, 2010.
