The director of safety and security or designee is authorized to make and erect signs, barricades, and other structures, and to paint marks and other directions upon the streets, entry or exits, and roadways for the regulation of traffic and parking upon the various public lands devoted to, operated by, or maintained by the college. Drivers or vehicles shall observe and obey all the signs, barricades, structures, markings and directions given them by the campus public safety officer or designee.
